VOLT HELIPLANE
The Drone Volt Heliplane is a series of professional VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that combine the vertical takeoff capability of a helicopter with the horizontal flight efficiency of a fixed-wing aircraft. Developed by the French company Drone Volt, this system is designed for long-range missions such as surveillance, infrastructure inspection, and mapping without the need for runways. Applications This drone is optimized for: Energy Inspection: Monitoring high-voltage lines, oil pipelines, and wind turbines. Security & Surveillance: Border monitoring, police support, and search and rescue (SAR) missions. Mapping & Photogrammetry: Land surveying and 3D modeling using Lidar sensors or RGB cameras with RTK accuracy.
Key Features
- Automatic Transition: The transition from vertical flight mode (during takeoff) to horizontal mode (during cruising) is performed automatically by the control system.
- Data Security: Supports optional AES 256 data encryption to maintain confidentiality of information during transmission. - Weather Resistance: The frame structure is made of fiber composite material.
